As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of luxury projects. From bespoke furniture to the interiors of world-class superyachts, you’ll learn the essential skills of fine woodworking, precision joinery, and composite construction, developing not only technical ability but also the discipline and pride that define true mastery. Who We Are Looking For ...
Interest and some experience working with tools, materials, and machinery
Possess a strong technical and/or mechanical aptitude, along with a curiosity for how things are built and designed
Have a genuine interest in craftsmanship, woodworking, or furniture making
Show attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Display initiative and a willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Enjoy being part of a collaborative team that values, honesty, respect and excellence
Have a positive attitude, open mind, and a commitment to continual improvement
Take care and pride in their workspace, tools, and the finished result
Aspire to build a long-term career and eventually master their craft
Relentlessly high standards of precision, detail & finish
Ability to work quickly & responsively without compromising standards
A team player but also able to work autonomously
